Adam
Maintenance Co-Ordinator
Adam joined Sugarhouse Properties in 2024. Leeds born and bred, Adam has over 7 years experience in student accommodation, working with first year students in purpose built university halls. Adam is a football fan and supports Leeds United.
Bethan
Property Consultant
Bethan joined Sugarhouse in spring 2024 as a graduate role on a part time basis until she finished University in May. From then Bethan will be the first smiling face you see when you come in to the office.
Matt
Maintenance Manager
Matt has recently re-joined Sugarhouse to head up the maintenance department. Matt is avid sports follower and when he's not entertaining his two young children you'll find him catching up on the latest scores. Matt's favourite bedtime story is the most recent Screwfix catalogue.
Andrew
Maintenance Operative
Andrew is our longest serving member of the Maintenance team. After organising his day with a slap up breakfast and coffee at the Weatherspoon's next door, he's raring to go, carrying out repairs to our managed properties. Andrew specialises in fault finding, keys/locksmith issues and prides himself on customer service.
Dilshan
Property Co-Ordinator
Dilshan joined us in 2023 initially as a placement student from Leeds Trinity but after a successful first stint, he now works for us on a full time basis helping across multiple departments. Originally from Nottingham, Dilshan now lives in the dizzy heights of Hyde Park and spends his spare time watching football and socialising with friends.
Emma
Accounts Administrator
Emma is our latest addition to the Accounts team and probably the first friendly voice you will hear if you have a query with your rent. She has a great understanding of our processes as she is actually a Sugarhouse Tenant. Emma enjoys a good book or spends her time playing chess with her friends.
Harry
Lettings Negotiator
Harry is the most recent recruit in the Lettings Department and has come from a background in sales and retail customer service. As an ex-Sugarhouse tenant, he has already been through the Sugarhouse customer experience and has a great understanding of our company values. Outside of letting houses, Harry is out on the golf course, playing pool or throwing darts.
Daniel
Maintenance Operative
Super-handy Dan has spent the last year restoring a period property near Wakefield - nothing like taking your work home with you. Dan can turn his hand to magic, juggling and riding a Unicycle and once won a competition to sing at the Royal Albert Hall. He's a man of many talents.
Natasha
Property Consultant
With a background in student accommodation, and hailing from across the Pennines, Natasha has been manning our customer support department and is the first smiling face you’ll see when you come into our office. She’s a Lance Corporal in the Royal Regiment of Lancashire Fusiliers as a Fife player (we didn’t know what one of these was either!), and, used to take part in beauty competitions around the country. She has a 3-year-old Cavalier King Charles spaniel called Poppy.
Richard
Director
After working and travelling abroad for a number of years, Richard finally ran out of countries that would have him, and so returned to the UK and unwittingly began his career in property in Leeds. Fifteen years later and he’s still here. He is loving being a new father, missing sleeping, and occasionally finds time for his love of football, photography and savoury pastries.
Charlie
Director
Charlie is a local Leeds lad and has over 20 years experience in the local residential lettings market. Recently moved to York, he spends his time between the two cities and loves his commutes through Gods own County (mostly clad in lycra). As well as cycling he loves spending time with his wife, two daughters and Nell the Dog.
Laura
Accounts Manager
Laura is our chief number cruncher, and oversees most of the financial aspects of the business. She enjoys working with tenants and landlords and helping resolve any problems that arise. Laura is also a proud mum of Dan who does a great job of keeping Laura busy outside of work. She is a keen cyclist and this year is taking on the challenge of cycling from London to Paris.

General Manager
Since buying and refurbishing his first property at a young age, Jason has progressed through the ranks from a Junior Lettings Negotiator to our General Manager. He loves meeting new people and onboarding new properties. An avid petrolhead, he has a history of changing cars like other people change clothes, although as a new dad his requirements have recently changed!
Steph
Office Manager
With a background in hospitality and plenty of experience in lettings, Steph loves helping our tenants enjoy their time with Sugarhouse. Originally from Lincolnshire, she's now a bona fide Leeds local and enjoys exploring Leeds’ restaurant scene, meeting friends and running. The office go-to for coffee shop recommendations.
Connor
Senior Lettings Negotiator
Connor joined our Lettings Department with years of experience in Customer Service and Sales roles. As a Sugarhouse tenant himself he came to us with a great understanding of our company ethos and our processes. When he isn't letting houses Connor loves to travel; there isn't many places worth visiting that he hasn't been.
