As well as huge Hyde Park itself, the far end of Woodhouse backs onto the popular Meanwood Valley Trail and Woodhouse Moor offers some extra green space of its own, all within walking distance from much of our Woodhouse house share accommodation.

Woodhouse offers plenty of cafes and local shops and bags of character. Its popularity has definitely increased over the last few years as Woodhouse has grown as a vibrant area on the fringes of the city.

Property-wise, Woodhouse has a mix of shared housing with plenty of spacious Victorian terraces as well as modern flats and the occasional semi. Room sizes are often very generous and rents tend to be a little lower than adjacent Hyde Park, making it a great budget alternative for professional and student sharers.
