Found just outside of Headingley, a short drive away, this is a year-round working farm, which offers soft fruit picking during the spring and summer, and of course, pumpkin picking in the Autumn! The picking season began on the 10 th October and is available until the 31 st of October, so there is plenty of time to go and choose your favourite! This will be an all-out, Halloween event, taking place on the 29th of October, with tickets priced at between £5 and £20. The tickets are priced depending on whether you’d like food included or not – fancy dress optional!
A first for Halloween this year, whilst staying home, you can still get involved with ‘fright night’ online, with a virtual ghost tour of London, hearing about the most haunted locations and the plague pits, as well as the most haunted building in the UK! Sounds Gruesome? We think so!
Take the plunge and hold your nerve for a ghostly trip through underground York, looking at the City’s past, with horrifying actors, immersive theatrical sets and an underground ride, we think there’ll be plenty of screams around each corner! A new event for 2020 which has just been announced! This will be running from the 29 th October to the 1 st of November, and booking is essential! A whole weekend with a Mexican Day of the Dead theme, this definitely sounds like one not to be missed! With outside covered and heated seating, it’s a covid safe place for you to celebrate – Fancy dress encouraged!!
